Listing Guidelines

To keep the NC Business Directory useful, accurate and compliant, we do not accept listings that promote or facilitate:

• Direct sales or promotion of regulated goods or services, including alcohol, pharmaceuticals, gambling, tobacco or vaping products, cannabis, weapons and fireworks

• Illegal, dangerous, sexually explicit or fraudulent activities

• Misleading claims, guaranteed results, fake reviews or deceptive offers

• Spam, keyword stuffing, mass solicitation or link-exchange schemes

• Copyrighted text, logos or images submitted without permission

• Private or confidential personal information

Breweries may appear in our independent informational directory, but promotional offers, product sales and ordering links are prohibited.

Business descriptions must be factual and verifiable. Avoid unsupported claims such as “best,” “guaranteed” or “eliminates debt,” as well as promises of specific medical, financial or legal outcomes.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information and images submitted. We may edit descriptions for clarity, accuracy and neutral wording. Submission does not guarantee publication, and listings may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
